Attachment Factor (10mL) is a 5-second coating solution that promotes cell attachment to tissue culture surfaces and encourages correct polarity and cytoskeletal organization. It is vital when cultures are to be initiated, grown, passaged, or used within the Cell Systems Media family. It enhances plating efficiency and growth rates, shortens "lag time" after passage, promotes the organization of polarity and cytoskeletal architecture, and can increase cell yield during culture expansion. Unlike other coating solutions that require long wait time (such as collagen), Attachment Factor provides an ideal coating in just 5 seconds. Use with all except Melanocyte and Keratinocyte cells.
